HR OFFICER - RECRUITMENT
Job Description:
- Graduate of Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Management or any Business Course
- With at least 5 years solid experience in end-to-end corporate recruitment
- Must have experience in supporting a busy recruitment team and dealing with high volume recruitment
- With working knowledge in recruitment system
- Must be familiar with different job portal platforms and social media
- Strong organizational, planning time management, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of staff and external customers professionally
- Internet savvy, must know how to use Canva and Movavi Video Suite, and computer literate (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
