HR OFFICER - RECRUITMENT

Job Description: 
  • Graduate of Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Management or any Business Course
  • With at least 5 years solid experience in end-to-end corporate recruitment
  • Must have experience in supporting a busy recruitment team and dealing with high volume recruitment
  • With working knowledge in recruitment system
  • Must be familiar with different job portal platforms and social media
  • Strong organizational, planning time management, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skill
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of staff and external customers professionally
  • Internet savvy, must know how to use Canva and Movavi Video Suite, and computer literate (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
